Description of the realization
As part of its strategy to enhance the customer experience, Nespresso has been organising cooking workshops with coffee-based recipes for several years now. With the COVID having blocked these events, they decided to extend the experience by Live Streaming. So we produced a series of live broadcasts in their Brussels shop based on the format of a cookery show, but with some added interactivity.
We suggested using Sli.do as the broadcasting platform. This enabled us to have a real exchange with the viewers. This ranged from Q&A to a series of quizzes that enabled us to do a little market research. At the end of each live show, Nespresso received a full analysis (audience, interactions, etc.).
As the experiment was a success with members, the format continues to be used regularly.
